Step 5 - Planning & Collecting Assets for your Website
OK you know what your design and layout will look like. Then create
and gather the assets that you will need. Assets are items such as
images, text, or media (Flash, Windows media files, etc.). So prepare all
these items and collect and organize them before you begin development
of your site.
Then organize your images and graphics (assets) so you can access
them easily while creating your site and put them in a folder on your
site.
Create a custom design for your pages, and then use the same layout
throughout website! A well planned design will save time creating new
pages based on that design. Later you may change the layout for all
pages by simply changing the control or CSS file. |
